Anyone can enroll in the North Dakota Distance Education Program. They offer courses for grades 4-12. The cost is around $125 per semester course. North Dakota residents get a small break of around $8 per course. Enrollment is easy and only requires that you have someone to act as a supervisor or administrator. They prefer secondary teachers for this as the purpose is to give the tests.
